Dreamfund Waitlist Program Terms
1. What this is
The Dreamfund waitlist is a signup list. When you join, you receive a queue position. When friends join through your referral link, your position advances and you unlock tier status. We notify you when Dreamfund launches so you can be among the first to use the platform.
2. What you get for joining
You get a waitlist position and tier status. You do not get money, gift cards, mortgage discounts, closing-cost credits, or any financial benefit tied to a loan. No purchase is necessary to join. Void where prohibited. No prize has monetary value.
3. Dreamfund is not a bank or lender
Dreamfund is a financial technology company. We are not a bank, credit union, mortgage lender, or mortgage broker. Joining the waitlist does not create any loan, deposit, or lending relationship. When Dreamfund launches, any money held on your behalf will be held at an FDIC-member partner bank.
4. Rules for sharing your link
Our Referrer Terms apply when you share your link. They prohibit claims about mortgage approval, rates, APR, closings, or other financial outcomes. Read them at /referrer-terms.
5. Who can join
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States. You must use your real name and a working email address.
6. Anti-fraud
We block disposable email domains, rate-limit signups from the same network, and cap counted referrals per user at ten. If we see fraud patterns, we may reverse affected referrals and block the account.
7. Privacy
We process your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which includes a CCPA Notice of Financial Incentive covering this referral program.
8. Changes
We may update these Program Terms. Material changes will be emailed to waitlist members. Continued participation after an update means you accept the updated terms.
