Dreamfund Referrer Terms
These Referrer Terms govern your participation in the Dreamfund waitlist referral program. By sharing your unique referral link, you agree to these terms. These Referrer Terms are in addition to the Program Terms and Privacy Policy.
Who can participate
You may share your referral link only if you are on the Dreamfund waitlist, are at least 18 years old, and are located in the United States. You may not participate on behalf of a business, affiliate network, lead-generation service, or marketing agency.
What you earn
Waitlist position and status only. Perks include queue advancement when a friend joins with your link, tier status (Dreamer, Believer, Champion, Founding Dreamer), early access at launch, and, for Founding Dreamers, a personal launch call with the founder and name recognition on the Founding Wall. You do not earn cash, gift cards, rate discounts, fee waivers, or any thing of monetary value. No perk is contingent on any mortgage being originated or closed.
What you can and cannot say
You may share your personal reasons for joining Dreamfund. You must not claim Dreamfund guarantees mortgage approval, down payment assistance amounts, interest rates, APR, or closing outcomes. You must not imply Dreamfund is a lender, mortgage broker, bank, credit union, or government-affiliated entity. You must not make statements about FHA, HUD, or state housing finance agency programs that are not sourced from official materials. You must not quote dollar figures, savings estimates, or rate of return without written authorization from Dreamfund. You must not use the Dreamfund name, logo, or trademarks in a way that suggests you work for Dreamfund. You must not send unsolicited bulk messages, automated messages, or purchased contact lists. You must not engage in discriminatory targeting on the basis of any protected class.
Required disclosure
When you share your referral link on any public or semi-public channel, you must clearly disclose that you are on the Dreamfund waitlist and that you benefit if the person joins. The prewritten share copy Dreamfund provides already contains this disclosure. You must not remove it.
Caps and anti-fraud
Your referral count is capped at ten for tier purposes. Attempts to game the system with disposable email domains, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, bot traffic, or coordinated fake signups will result in affected referrals being reversed and your account being blocked at Dreamfund's sole discretion.
No employment, no agency, no partnership
You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or partner of Dreamfund. You are a user sharing a link. You have no authority to bind, represent, or speak for Dreamfund.
Changes and termination
Dreamfund may update these Referrer Terms at any time. Material changes will be emailed to waitlist members. Dreamfund may suspend or terminate your participation in the referral program at any time for violations or otherwise.
